Throughout my travels, I worked in various roles in the hospitality industry, sometimes in exchange for accommodation and eventually for money. From managing a B&B in rural Ireland to serving organic wine in a hipster jaunt, I fell in love with the uniqueness, excitement and pulse of the industry. This aspect of my travels opened my eyes to a passion for food, beverage and the ‘hospo’ industry that will stay with me for years to come.
